Em entrevista ao Telegraph, o italiano Fabio Capello, treinador do English Team, comparou o estilo dos brasileiros e europeus antes dos jogos.
"'Before the game I like no joke, focus on the game.' He suggests to me that it would be a terrible mistake for us to copy the Brazilian way: turning up just before the game, carefree and relaxed. 'For these people it's normal. It's life. England, Italian, is different. You have to go and focus on the game.' "
